Storehouse 9 is an adaptive reuse multifamily housing project in North Charleston, South Carolina transforming a historic 1916 warehouse within the emerging Navy Yard district into 86 residential units. As the first residential development in the district, the project establishes a new model for converting historic industrial infrastructure into contemporary urban housing while supporting the Navy Yard’s transition into a vibrant mixed-use community.
