Post Loyal is a leader in the Adaptive Transformation of existing and historic buildings.  We often encounter these existing buildings when they have been abandoned for years, and are at risk of falling into disrepair.  We work with our clients to breathe new life into these structures.

To transform these buildings is not as simple as restoring the old.  We marvel at the history and the beauty.  However, for a successful adaptive transformation to occur, contemporary interventions and updates are implemented to accommodate the intended building program moving forward.

Often times these buildings are listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.  Careful coordination with the State Historic Preservation Office and the National Park Service are required to ensure the historic character is not jeopardized.
