10 Peachtree Place

  • Post Loyal was invited to submit a design proposal for the transformation of the core & shell of 10 Peachtree Place in Midtown Atlanta.

Our design consists of a significant lobby transformation, facade alteration at levels 1 through 4, and rooftop terracing.

  • This building has been occupied by a single tenant for decades. Our client asked us to study how a renovation could breath new life into this office building that was originally built in 1989.

Operating within a given budget, and tasked with designing contemporary interventions that increased market value, Post Loyal leaned into its expertise and experience with Adaptive Transformation to develop a strategy that met the client’s demands.

Peeling back the heavy granite clad facade at the West Peachtree & Peachtree Place intersection allows this building to open its doors and communicate with its surroundings. A multi-level atrium with steel and glass transforms the street frontage, creating a relationship with the streetscape suitable for Midtown Atlanta’s bustling environment.
